At AapleCart, we strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products once delivered, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order details
- Product photos/videos as proof
After verification, the product may be approved for return.
Refund Process
Refunds are applicable only for approved damaged or defective products after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Important Notes
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refund.
- Refund requests without proper proof may be rejected.
- AapleCart reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
